We are seeking a highly skilled graphic designer to fill this position.

Job Description

This role is responsible for creating high-quality visual content, including marketing materials and sales collateral. The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design and web development, with a strong understanding of core design principles, composition, color theory, typography, responsive and adaptive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining brand identity and visual consistency across all channels. This requires excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

We use a range of tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Miro, Canva Pro, and HubSpot CMS. Experience with motion graphics and video editing, AI design tools, and front-end skills, such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery, are major pluses.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of solid graphic and web design experience, ideally in the B2B tech product/service space
  • Hands-on experience creating marketing and sales collaterals, including product and service decks, print design, whitepapers, case studies, one-pagers, posters, and such
  • Solid experience creating engaging digital assets, including website design elements, social media graphics, email templates, and digital ads

Critical: Strong verbal and nonverbal communications skills are essential for this role, as you will need to understand what's needed, connect the dots between what's said and what isn't, convey your design thinking clearly, and push back on ideas you don't agree with.
