Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned iOS developer to join our team. As a Senior iOS Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch mobile application support for global customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot, resolve, and document iOS application issues in a production support setting. You will also participate in incident response and root cause analysis (RCA), providing timely resolutions.

Additionally, you will provide hands-on technical support and maintenance across a suite of customer-facing applications. This includes monitoring and responding to incidents, outages, and system alerts within a 24x7 support model.

You will work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration and resolution of iOS application issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional experience in iOS application development.
  • Expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, MVVM pattern, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Experience with Apple App Store submission and review process, strong proficiency in JavaScript, and familiarity with Firebase, Cloud Functions, or other GCP-native technologies.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
