Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Motion Graphics Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in motion graphics, visual effects, and post-production, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of motion graphics artists and visual effects specialists to deliver high-quality motion graphics and visual effects for our clients.
  • Develop and implement motion graphics and visual effects strategies to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, and client services, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Manage and control budgets, ensuring costs are managed and resources are used effectively.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest motion graphics and visual effects technologies and trends, and implement new techniques and tools as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in motion graphics, visual effects, and post-production, with a strong background in AFX, Edit software, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced project and resource management tools.
  • High-end video editing software (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premier Pro & DaVinci Resolve).
  • Motion graphics and animation software (Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D).
  • Advanced audio editing and mixing tools (Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Audition).
  • Color grading software (DaVinci Resolve).
  • Virtual production tools (Unreal Engine).
  • Comprehensive communication and collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams).
Location and Timing

We currently work in a remote hybrid model with offices in Chennai and Bangalore. We work on rotational shifts that change depending on the region you are working with and at the discretion of your line manager.
