As a key player in our data and AI ecosystem, you will lead the design and implementation of intelligent search solutions that leverage natural language insights.

The ideal candidate combines expertise in Azure Cognitive Search, data engineering, and a passion for delivering intuitive user experiences and business value.

  • Architect and implement cognitive search solutions using Azure Cognitive Search and related AI services.
  • Build pipelines to ingest, index, and enrich diverse data sources, including databases, reports, dashboards, and documents.
  • Enable natural language query capabilities for business users to interact with enterprise data.
  • Integrate semantic search, embeddings, and generative AI techniques for advanced insights.

Collaborate with business teams to define use cases in finance, operations, and reporting, and partner with data lake and ADF pipeline teams to ensure seamless integration.

Adopt agile, iterative delivery to validate and scale solutions rapidly, ensuring compliance, data security, and ethical AI usage in search solutions.

Mentor team members on AI search and NLP best practices and contribute to shaping the future of data and AI ecosystems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with Azure Cognitive Search, Cognitive Services, and AI/ML frameworks.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data integration for search indexing.
  • Familiarity with embeddings, NLP, and vector search technologies.
