• Drive strategic growth and expansion of our wellness and telehealth services globally.
• Develop commercial strategies for wellness & telehealth with full accountability for revenue, pipeline, and market expansion.
• Create aggressive go-to-market plans to identify high-value opportunities across enterprise, B2B, and remote workforce segments.
• Apply deep market intelligence to identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and innovative service models.
• Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to align business objectives with sales performance and global expansion goals.
• Lead high-stakes client engagement from initial prospecting through to closing and long-term account management.
• Establish relationships with decision-makers in large organizations, including ship owners, corporate health partners, and insurance providers.
• Represent CircleDV in executive meetings, global wellness forums, and industry events—positioning the brand as a premium, scalable wellness partner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or other medical-related disciplines.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in healthcare, wellness, maritime, or service-based industries.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, client management, and team leadership.
• Strong ability to drive strategy and execution with clear commercial outcomes.
• Exposure to maritime or remote workforce wellness.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms or wellness services.
