Job Title: Executive in Steel Industry Administration

The company seeks an experienced and skilled professional to serve as an Executive in the administration of a steel industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Transfer data from paper formats into database systems ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Enter data provided directly from customers or other parties in a timely manner
  • Create and manage spreadsheets with large numbers of figures for data analysis and presentation
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents to ensure consistency and integrity
  • Update existing data in accordance with changes in customer information or business operations
  • Produce reports on various aspects of the business such as sales, production, and inventory levels
  • Retrieve data as requested by management or other stakeholders
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation and prevent loss due to system failures or other disruptions
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail with ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
