- Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- A minimum of 3–6 years of experience in MIS reporting, financial analysis, or related roles is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling is essential.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills are necessary for success.
