  • Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive digital media strategy that focuses on audience growth, content planning, and maximizing engagement.
  • Content Creation & Management: Lead the scheduling and publishing of high-quality content that aligns with YouTube's kids' policies and is optimized for algorithm performance.
  • Analytics & Performance Tracking: Analyze performance metrics using YouTube Studio and other third-party tools to provide insights on watch time, retention, engagement, and growth.
  • Audience Engagement & Community Building: Monitor comments, interactions, and community engagement across platforms to build a loyal following.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, marketing teams to produce visually engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

The successful candidate will be an expert in algorithms, trends, and best practices for YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, with experience in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
