We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our culinary team at Hotel Gianz Baddi. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in collaboration with our chefs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning: Work with colleagues to plan and prepare menus that showcase our culinary expertise.
  • Cooking and Preparation: Prepare ingredients and cook dishes to the highest standards, ensuring food safety and quality.
  • Supply Management: Ensure that cooking stations are adequately stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the executive and sous chefs to develop new dishes and presentation styles.
  • Efficiency and Quality: Optimize cooking processes to meet the demands of our busy kitchen while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
  • Health and Hygiene: Enforce strict health and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
  • Teamwork: Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Chef De Partie in a similar establishment.
  • Skills: Excellent cooking skills, knowledge of best practices, and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Education: Culinary school diploma.
