Advanced Physics Research Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced physics researcher with a strong background in theoretical and experimental physics. The ideal candidate will have a PhD in physics or a related field, excellent research skills, and the ability to analyze complex data.
The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating the reasoning capabilities of large language models through logical problem-solving and structured thinking. This will involve creating physics problems, analyzing model responses, and identifying gaps in logic or understanding.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop physics problems that assess model reasoning capabilities.
- Analyze model responses and provide detailed feedback on performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Contribute to the development of new features and tools that support model evaluation and improvement.
To be eligible for this role, you must have:
- A PhD in physics or a related field.
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with experience in designing and conducting experiments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- The ability to think creatively and outside the box, with a passion for solving complex problems.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or C++.
