We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the design of high-efficiency process solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving process innovation, evaluating performance, and delivering exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and optimize column internals to enhance mass transfer and separation processes.
  • Conduct thorough process simulations and calculations for distillation, absorption, and stripping applications.
  • Collaborate with mechanical and production teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturing compatibility of internals.
  • Perform hydraulic and efficiency calculations to recommend suitable internals for specific process requirements.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to provide technical expertise and customer consultations.
  • Evaluate and troubleshoot operational issues in installed column internals to improve performance.
  • Develop comprehensive technical reports, datasheets, and proposals for clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized university and 2-5 years of process design experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in process design, mass transfer, or column internals manufacturing.
  • Optional Proficiency in process simulation tools such as Aspen Plus, HYSYS, or ChemCAD
  • A strong understanding of distillation, absorption, extraction, and phase separation principles.
  • Knowledge of fluid mechanics, heat & mass transfer, thermodynamics, and pressure drop calculations.
