About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Storyteller to join our design team. This individual will play a key role in shaping our brand identity, creating engaging visual experiences across various platforms and mediums.

The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with exceptional attention to detail, organization skills, and passion for crafting unique visual engagements. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer-centric and collaborative processes across marketing and design-led initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement scalable design systems and component libraries for all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with different teams to understand design requirements and curate impactful branding assets for digital and print materials, campaigns, social media, presentations, events, and website content.
  • Create visual infographics breaking down complex data as needed.
  • Design brand assets, marketing collaterals, employer branding materials, and internal communication visuals ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Work on UX and UI of our website, collaterals for socials, and visual framework for other brand moments.
  • Support corporate branding initiatives and design materials for leadership communication.
  • Develop engaging content for employee engagement programs, culture-building activities, and employer branding efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in creating design systems, illustration styles, and visual guidelines.
  • Strong communication skills to convert complex data into easy-to-understand visual collaterals.
  • Good command of motion graphics.
  • Ability to learn new skills and experiment with AI tools.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work across design, marketing, product, and customer-facing teams.
