We are looking for a skilled Program Manager to join our India Transportation operations team. This person will be responsible for planning and executing VAS Program workstreams for DSP partners, partnering with the tech organization on business requirement documents (BRD), and serving as a gatekeeper in assigned process areas for the change management process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, experience working with tech and non-tech teams, and a proven track record of driving process improvements using data and metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute VAS Program workstreams for DSP partners

• Partner with tech organization on business requirement documents (BRD)

• Serve as gatekeeper in assigned process areas for the change management process

• Define the right process and work with stakeholders to establish the right process path

• Work with stakeholders to eliminate gaps in systems and implement systemic fixes

• Demonstrate discretion in coordinating project scoping and selection to align with business objectives

• Develop and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs

• Audit completed projects to verify sustained impact

Requirements

• 2+ years of program or project management experience

• 2+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

• 2+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

• 2+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
