  • Job Description:
  • Design, build, and scale backend systems that power our AI-first workspace.
  • Develop APIs and services to support real-time collaboration, persistent memory, and AI experts/skills.
  • Work closely with frontend, AI, and product teams to ship features at startup speed.
  • Optimize for scalability, performance, and security as we grow from dozens → thousands of users.
  • Contribute to architecture decisions that will shape our platform for years to come.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years backend development experience.
  • Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Builder mindset — you are excited to ship fast, learn from users, and iterate.
  • Passionate about AI, SaaS, and how small teams work.
  • Comfortable in an environment that is demanding, unstructured, and moving fast.
