Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
  • You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and excellent service delivery.
  • You will handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • You will assist in onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • You will gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve products, services, and processes.
  • You will meet or exceed customer satisfaction and retention targets.
