Product Sourcing Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a Product Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our merchandising department, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing high-quality products that meet our luxury brand image standards.

Your primary focus will be on selecting merchandise that aligns with current market trends, consumer preferences, and store aesthetic goals. You will work closely with our buying manager and other team members to ensure seamless collaboration and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Selecting and sourcing high-quality merchandise that meets our luxury brand image standards.
  • Collaborating with the buying manager and other team members to develop a well-balanced assortment of men's fashion products.
  • Conducting thorough global market research and trend analysis to identify emerging fashion trends and customer preferences.
  • Monitoring vendor/brand performance, addressing any supply chain issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Implementing inventory optimization strategies to reduce excess inventory, minimize stockouts, and control holding costs.
  • Analyzing sales data, including sell-through rates and stock turnover, to make informed decisions about replenishments and restocking.
  • Providing data-driven recommendations for assortment adjustments, including product additions, exclusions, or modifications, to improve sales performance and better meet customer demand.
