Business Operations Assistant Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Operations Assistant to support the smooth execution of our academic and content operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring seamless coordination across teams, processes, and platforms, upholding quality standards, and supporting timely delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting academic and content operations with precision and consistency
  • Driving proactive coordination and follow-ups to ensure efficient task execution
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align on operational requirements and support closure of tasks
  • Maintaining structure and clarity across tools, trackers, and platforms to uphold operational excellence
  • Assisting with team building efforts, including shortlisting candidates, coordinating interview processes, and conducting interviews

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in computer science or relevant branches and be proficient in Google Sheets / Excel. You should also be comfortable navigating online tools, dashboards, and platforms with ease.

A clear and professional communication skillset, along with being detail-oriented and a self-starter, are essential for this role.
