**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Floor Service Agent to join our team. As an Executive Floor Service Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome, valued, and respected throughout their stay.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Provide genuine and personalized service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and requests.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Executive Lounge, including set-ups, replenishments, and inventory management.
  • Ensure that all areas of the lounge are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with guests, anticipating and meeting their needs to ensure a memorable experience.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and coordinating efforts to achieve goals and objectives.


**Required Skills and Qualifications**
