As a senior brand communications manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business success by leading cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless communication across various channels.

In this key position, we seek an individual with exceptional leadership skills and a passion for brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Comprehensive Communication Strategies: Create and implement engaging content campaigns that captivate internal and external audiences through various mediums, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Manage Corporate Messaging: Oversee the development and implementation of consistent messaging that reflects the company's values and objectives.
  • Lead Employee Engagement Activities: Develop and execute initiatives that drive employee enthusiasm and commitment to the company's vision and mission.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, HR, talent, and leadership teams to amplify key initiatives and ensure a unified message.
  • Monitor Brand Perception: Analyze communication effectiveness and optimize strategies based on actionable insights.
  • Oversee Visual and Written Brand Guidelines: Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all platforms, maintaining a consistent look and feel.

Eligibility:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in branding, communications, or related fields is required.
  • Possession of an MBA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to craft compelling narratives and manage multi-channel communications with ease.
  • Experience working with cross-functional collaboration, leadership teams, and external partners is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a keen eye for brand consistency, are mandatory.
  • Ability to analyze brand perception and adjust strategies accordingly is vital.
  • Experience with employee engagement and digital storytelling initiatives is highly beneficial.
