Business Planning Expert

We are seeking a strategic business planning professional to deliver high-quality insights and drive business results across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial planning and budgeting cycles, managing risks and opportunities, and communicating analysis to senior leaders.
  • Coordinate forecasting of cash flow, profit and loss, and balance sheet across various time horizons.
  • Analyze and monitor group spend, develop reporting suites, and support senior leaders in supervising initiatives and benefits.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Challenge spend, ensure cost alignment with plans, and recommend improvements.
  • Support arguments for capital projects and initiatives; analyze outcomes and ensure delivery.
  • Provide insights on spend, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive optimization.
  • Collaborate with procurement on supplier contracts and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven business partnering with senior leaders in global organizations.
  • Independent, detail-focused, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in improving or creating planning and reporting processes.
  • Organized, fast-paced, and deadline-driven.
  • Effective communicator, able to build relationships across finance and non-finance teams.
