Lead UI/UX Designer

The role of Lead UI/UX Designer is to oversee and drive the end-to-end design strategy for merging two high-visibility domains into a single, unified AEM-Content. This includes owning the consolidated UX vision, defining design principles, patterns, and success metrics. The successful candidate will also be responsible for architecting and governing a production-ready design system comprising 100+ responsive components.

Key responsibilities include leading a distributed UX/UI team, mentoring senior and mid-level designers, conducting rigorous design reviews, and establishing best-practice playbooks. Additionally, the individual will serve as the primary liaison to Executive and Legal stakeholders, facilitating design workshops, steering consensus during high-impact design critiques, and incorporating feedback from various stakeholders.

Other key responsibilities include collaborating with AEM Architects and Front-End leads to confirm component feasibility, hand off detailed Figma specs, and monitor implementation quality. The successful candidate must have experience operating in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating with Product teams, and driving cross-functional governance. A data-driven mindset is essential, with the ability to define and track UX KPIs, analyze user metrics, and embed continuous improvement cycles via regular QA/UX audits.
