Job Role: Child Development SpecialistWe seek a skilled Psychologist/Counselor who can go beyond traditional academic skills to make a meaningful difference in society. As part of our team, you will represent our vision and mission to top educators across the country, developing effective marketing strategies, delivering presentations and training sessions for diverse age groups, including children, parents, and teachers. You must also demonstrate strong managing and coordination skills, be a team player, and be comfortable traveling to various locations as needed.
Responsibilities:- A minimum of 0-2 years of experience (additional consideration given for expertise in Social-Emotional Learning).
- A passion for teaching and child development.
- Strong presentation skills, enabling facilitation of sessions with children and adults.
- Ability to organize meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
- Effective follow-up system with educational institutions and organizations via calls, texts, and meetings.
- Capability to create engaging content and develop curricula aligned with our objectives.
- Ability to effectively deliver our concept to various educators.
- Experience generating ideas for social media marketing and content development based on our mission, aiming to raise awareness in the Mental Health sector.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in creating professional documents and using Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Canva is an asset.
- Comfortable with extensive travel, both within designated areas and outstation, using various modes of transportation as decided by the company, covering all expenses related to travel.
