Digital Marketing Director

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Director to join our team at Mediabrands. As a key member of our performance marketing team, you will be responsible for leading our client's performance marketing efforts and driving results-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage client service delivery executions, overseeing process development and execution management, and ensuring quality control of all media planning and implementation.
Performance Media:
- Implement planning processes for assigned accounts and holistic media planning across digital disciplines, including paid search, display, social, native, video, and e-commerce.
- Coordinate efforts across different digital media channels to drive optimized recommendations and continuously evaluate and improve upon all digital media opportunities.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Embrace and encourage a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity, motivating and leading internal teams to drive programs that meet client performance and business objectives.
- Drive adoption of stated account management best practices, assist in interviewing, hiring, training, mentoring, developing, and evaluating team members, and conduct performance reviews and career path plans for direct reports.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise with relevant platform tools, media research tools, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking, with superb client relationship and management skills, proven problem-solving skills, and the ability to think outside the box.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Post Graduate Degree or related work experience, concentration in Marketing, Finance, Digital Media, Accounting, or related field preferred, and Google and Facebook Blueprint Certified Professional.
