* Oversee the entire design process, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring all projects are completed on time and with high quality.
* Provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to team members, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
* Conduct regular design reviews and ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Report to manager for all the tasks given, and conduct team meetings on a regularly basis.

Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
* Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in graphic design.
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and CorelDRAW.
* Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
* Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including late evening and weekends as needed.
