  • Manage vendor relationships to guarantee quality and timely project completion.
Cost Reduction Strategies

Explore innovative ways to decrease project costs while maintaining quality and timelines.

  • Implement cost-saving measures by sourcing materials or services more efficiently.
  • Optimize fit-out periods and capex savings without compromising quality.
Maintenance and Store Operations

Ensure all store maintenance issues are addressed promptly based on priority matrices.

Strong planning, forecasting, and people management skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail, excellent time management, and strong interpersonal skills.

A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture is preferred, along with over 10 years of experience in a similar capacity.
