This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and product advocacy to deliver exceptional solutions and support.
- Gain in-depth understanding of Sapaad's software products and services.
- Act as primary point of contact for customers, building trust-based relationships.
- Understand each client's business requirements and configure their Sapaad account accordingly.
- Lead onboarding and deployment activities at customer sites, including hardware setup (POS terminals, printers, KDS, etc.).
- Conduct training sessions for restaurant staff—cashiers, managers, and F&B managers.
- Share best practices to help restaurants maximize value of Sapaad.
- Provide remote and on-site support, ensuring high availability for portfolio of customers.
- Take ownership of user issues, track tickets, collaborate with engineering, and report on root causes.
- Escalate critical issues promptly while coordinating with internal teams for resolution.
Candidates should have 0-2 years of experience in software deployment, technical support, or account management in F&B, POS, or SaaS domains.
