Job Title: Executive Leader

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our manufacturing business in mechanical engineering solutions.

The Executive Leader will define the company's strategic direction, drive operational excellence, ensure financial growth, and position the business as a leader in the global market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the company's long-term vision and growth roadmap.
  • Lead product innovation, technology adoption, and R&D in mechanical engineering.
  • Identify and expand into new domestic and international markets.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity in all manufacturing operations.
  • Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 practices.
  • Maintain compliance with industry, safety, and environmental standards.

Financial & Business Performance

  • Own and deliver the P&L, budgets, and financial forecasts.
  • Drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.
  • Develop new revenue streams and strengthen customer base.

People Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing executive and management team.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Lead workforce planning, skills development, and succession strategies.

Stakeholder & Market Engagement

  • Collaborate with stakeholders on strategic decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, industry bodies, and regulators.
  • Represent the business as a leader in mechanical engineering.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven success as an Executive Leader, MD, or senior executive in manufacturing or mechanical engineering.
  • Deep understanding of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and engineering lifecycle.
  • Expertise in business strategy, operations, and financial management.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling businesses and entering new markets.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
