Job Title:

We are seeking a seasoned Workday expert to lead the delivery of complex solutions across various client implementations.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a critical role in our team, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Workday implementation, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and prioritize work to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  2. Lead and manage small implementation projects, collaborating with team members to achieve project goals.
  3. Develop complex configurations for clients and lead teams in data transformation and EIB Data loads.
  4. Provide go-live assistance and ongoing support to clients.
  5. Manage data conversion activities for various Workday modules.
  6. Coordinate with leads, project managers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
  7. Multitask and engage on multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. End-to-end ownership of assigned projects.

Requirements:

  • Excellent technical and functional skills in Workday implementation.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday object model and solution design approach.
  • Strong understanding of Workday modules, including Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly through individual research and self-training.
  • Effective knowledge transfer skills in non-classroom environments.
  • Passion for customer service and excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday and overall 12 years' experience is minimum.

Education:

  • B.E./B.Tech./MCA/BSc degree.
