Principal Microbiologist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microbiologist to join our team in R&D. As a key member of the department, you will be responsible for conducting antimicrobial performance evaluations and substantiating claims for new projects.

• Antimicrobial Efficacy Testing: Plan and conduct experiments to evaluate the efficacy of prototype formulations, finished products, and internal standard methods.
• Laboratory Support: Provide microbiological support for the development of new personal care and surface care products.
• Collaboration: Liaise with external laboratories to ensure timely delivery of results.

• Expert Advice: Deep understanding of subject matter to provide expert advice.
• Communication Skills: Effective listening and transformation of customer needs into product insights.

This role requires experience in FMCG or cleaning and hygiene product manufacturing with hands-on experience in conducting antimicrobial performance evaluations using global standards like EN, ASTM, and ISO. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a hunger to learn and effective communication skills to interact with the global team.
