Lead Design Manager

The ideal candidate will lead the design team to create innovative and functional spaces for commercial and hospitality interiors.

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Design Manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the design output, collaborating with sales and design leadership, and overseeing project deliverables.

This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and mentor design teams to achieve high-quality results. The ability to drive cross-department coordination, manage budgets, and prioritize tasks is essential.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage design teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with sales and design leadership to develop project briefs and client presentations.
  • Oversee project in-charge for design deliverables and client communication.
  • Schedule and coordinate tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure all projects align with company expectations and standards.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in commercial and hospitality interior design.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading high-profile projects with outstanding design quality.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills with clients.
  • Design Skills: Deep knowledge of materials, costing, GFC details, and project execution.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and process orientation.
