Lead Geologist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Geologist Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analysing geological data, preparing reports and conducting field studies.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse geological data from various sources.
• Prepare detailed reports on findings and submit them to clients for approval.
• Conduct field studies to examine the composition of samples and specimens.
• Write reports on the results of field studies.
• Study sites for development and construction projects to identify potential hazards and risks.
• Develop and implement effective drilling and testing programs to collect data.
• Investigate the composition, structure and history of rocks through soil, mineral and rock analysis.
• Communicate geological findings through written reports and presentations.

Requirements

• Strong background in geology with a degree in geology or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and GIS software.
