Job Description

We are seeking an expert to ensure our organization maintains the highest standards of environmental compliance.

  • Main Responsibilities:

    • Manage a system to document accurate and timely regulatory compliance, making it a key component of our business operations.

    • Collaborate with central resources and subject matter experts on executing compliance tasks and conducting audits.

    • Coordinate maintenance of our regulatory database and assess impacts from updates, driving continuous improvement in our environmental programs.

    • Support internal reviews and external audits in collaboration with central teams, ensuring alignment with industry standards.

    • Provide site support for incident management systems.

    • Analyze opportunities for improvement across teams and share knowledge with colleagues.

    • Develop a working knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations.

    • Recommend actions for continuous improvement in environmental programs and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is preferred.
  • Prior experience in environmental engineering or chemical engineering is beneficial.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical field, preferably in manufacturing or industry.
  • Familiarity with regulatory review and compliance tracking systems is essential.
