Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of high-quality training content for finance programs.

The role involves creating engaging and informative content that meets industry standards and follows emerging trends in finance.

To succeed in this position, you will need to possess exceptional writing skills, a deep understanding of finance concepts, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing comprehensive financial and business skills content
  • Creating assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
  • Maintaining and updating the repository of created content
  • Reviewing content created by other team members and freelance developers

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be expected to:

  • Coordinate with graphic designers to format content in required templates
  • Support the design and creation of B2B client proposals and training outlines

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or economics
  • At least one certification in finance (MBA, CA, ACCA, etc.)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in content development for finance programs
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
