Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the execution of end-to-end data migration activities, ensuring seamless transitions between systems. This individual will play a vital role in collaborating with local business and functional teams to deliver accurate results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the deployment wave focal point for assigned data objects, driving migration activities and verifying data transformation tools and outputs.
  • Collaborate with Business Data Owners, Functional Experts, ETL teams, legacy system teams, and deployment teams to ensure effective delivery of local data migration projects.
  • Manage DMW load file preparation, execute DVT scripts, and support defect/hypercare incident resolution for assigned data objects.
  • Coordinate defect resolution and escalate to Global Data Migration Experts as needed, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GxP, CSV).
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of ERP project implementation experience with strong data migration expertise.
  • Proven experience in data migration execution across multi-country, multi-system environments.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP BODS and strong understanding of GxP and CSV requirements.
  • SAP Certified in at least one relevant functional area and excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, matrix-based organization with strategic and hands-on mindset, running meetings, tracking progress, and managing issues.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills with fluency in English and additional languages preferred.
