About the Role:

  • This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing multiple cross-functional projects from inception to launch, managing the full project life cycle and ensuring on-time delivery with quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive technical projects across various stages, owning and executing project plans, coordinating with internal teams and global partners, and reporting progress to stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, anticipate risks, provide mitigation strategies, recommend engineering trade-offs aligned with business goals, and escalate red flags to executives in a timely manner.
  • Lead and influence cross-functional and partner teams, build strong relationships, and foster effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, define requirements, create roadmaps, and execute multiple business priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in project management, preferably in a technology or related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, exercising good professional judgment.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships, lead and influence cross-functional and partner teams, and manage conflicts effectively.
  • Ability to maintain and document processes and business requirements.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Jira or Asana.
  • Results-oriented, fast learner, and able to handle a fast-paced environment.
