  • Business Growth: Drive business growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets, and managing product mix, persistency, and lead conversion.
  • Database Management: Ensure accurate maintenance and updating of databases.
  • Performance Management: Achieve goal sheets and contest achievements on a weekly basis.
