Job Title: Floor Supervisor

This role oversees the day-to-day operations on the gaming floor, ensuring smooth and efficient execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-oriented attitude.

About the Role:

The Floor Supervisor plays a pivotal part in maintaining a positive guest experience by supervising staff, managing equipment, and addressing any service-related issues promptly. This involves overseeing daily floor activities, monitoring customer flow, and resolving conflicts efficiently.

  • Supervise and motivate a team of gaming attendants, cashiers, and support staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards.
  • Ensure all games and attractions are operational, well-maintained, and reported as needed for prompt repair.
  • Foster a safe and clean environment by enforcing safety rules and promoting cleanliness across the gaming zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage stock levels for tokens, tickets, and consumables to minimize waste and optimize inventory.

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

• Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and suggest effective solutions.

Requirements:

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
