Identity Access Management Specialist

Job Overview
The IAM Specialist will design and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using PingFederate, PingAccess, and related products. This role requires strong hands-on experience with these tools as well as proficiency in Java backend development and scripting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement IAM solutions.
- Develop and maintain backend services to support authentication and authorization workflows.
- Integrate applications into Single Sign-On (SSO) frameworks using SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect (OIDC) protocols.
- Customize PingFederate policies and support front-end customizations.
- Collaborate with architects, security teams, and application owners to deliver secure identity solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex authentication and federation issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in IAM with a focus on SSO and federation.
- Strong hands-on experience with PingFederate, PingAccess, and other related tools.
- Proficiency in Java backend development and scripting.
- Deep understanding of identity protocols: SAML, OAuth2, OIDC.
- Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, and SCIM.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and Linux administration.
