Electronic Trading Specialist

We are seeking a skilled FIX protocol expert to join our global team. As an Electronic Trading Specialist, you will gain in-depth knowledge of electronic trading businesses and develop strong analytical skills.

The role involves close collaboration with tech teams of clients and brokers, as well as involvement in strategic projects ranging from new functionality rollouts to system improvements and regulatory changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop expertise in FIX Protocol versions 4.2/4.4
  • Possess programming experience in languages like Java, C++, C, or Python
  • Exhibit proficiency in Unix/Linux-based OS applications and databases
  • Showcase understanding of FIX certification process and electronic trading environments
  • Familiarity with asset classes (Equities, Futures, Options, FX) and networking protocols
  • Ability to train and mentor junior team members
  • Experience with Jira project tracking and Confluence documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Multitasking and flexible time zone work adaptability

Desired Skills:

  • Scripting knowledge in Shell or Python
  • Algorithmic Trading familiarity
  • OMS/EMS, exchanges, or trading firms experience

Requirements:

Engineering Graduate degree from any premier institution
