We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of API Developer.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing, and managing APIs using Google APIGEE Edge or APIGEE X. The selected individual will play a pivotal role in creating scalable, secure, and high-performance API solutions that support our digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy APIs using APIGEE Edge / APIGEE X.
  • Implement API proxies, policies (security, traffic management, mediation, etc.), and custom scripts.
  • Collaborate with architects and backend teams to define API contracts and integration strategies.
  • Evaluate and ensure APIs are secure, scalable, and meet performance benchmarks.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot API performance and availability issues.
  • Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines for API deployments.
  • Promote API documentation and maintain version control.
  • Integrate authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, and others.
