Job Title: IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex systems, ensuring seamless functionality, and providing top-notch support to end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our ODIN software operations to ensure optimal performance.
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, switches, and mail servers.
  • Handle server management, including installation, upgrades, and performance optimization.
  • Implement and manage virtualization technologies (Hyper-V and VMware).
  • Ensure data backup, recovery, and security protocols are in place.
  • Oversee IT compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Provide support for network infrastructure to ensure smooth connectivity across the organization.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide IT solutions and support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience in ODIN software.
  • Expertise in Firewall, Router, Switches, and Mail Server management.
  • Proficiency in Server Management and Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware).
  • Knowledge of data backup solutions and disaster recovery processes.
  • Familiarity with IT compliance and security standards.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
