Job Title: Senior AI Developer

We are seeking an experienced software engineer to design, develop, and optimize scalable backend systems, APIs, and AI automation workflows.

About the Role:

  • We will work on building high-performance applications, integrating third-party APIs, and designing efficient, cloud-native architectures.
  • You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs using Python/FastAPI and frameworks like FastAPI, Flask.
  • Optimizing database performance using SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) is also a key responsibility.
  • You will implement asynchronous programming for high-throughput applications using Kafka, RabbitMQ.
  • Working with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes) is also essential.
  • You will be responsible for implementing CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment and testing.
  • Collaboration with data engineers to process and optimize large-scale datasets is crucial.
  • You will develop and integrate machine learning pipelines where necessary.
  • Writing efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices is a must.
  • Conducting code reviews and mentoring junior developers is also a part of the role.
  • Maintaining high system security, performance, and scalability is a top priority.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development and 5+ in Python is required.
  • 2+ yrs exp of Gen AI, Open AI, AWS bedrock, crew.ai, langchain, etc. is also a must.
  • A strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and SOLID principles is essential.
  • Experience in building RESTful and GraphQL APIs is also required.
  • Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch) is a must.
  • Knowledge of multi-threading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming is also essential.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and serverless computing is required.
  • Experience working with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization is also a must.
  • Strong debugging and performance optimization skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in unit testing and test-driven development (TDD) is required.
