Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and implement impactful internal communications strategies, ensuring consistency, timeliness, and relevance for employees.


Main Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality written content tailored for diverse internal audiences, including creative emailers and other communication assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of editorials, including monthly newsletters/annual publications, by working with stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Manage interactions with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support and execute communication initiatives effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in internal communications to bring fresh approaches that enhance employee engagement.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Experience
