Our team seeks a skilled Statistical Programmer to drive the development of cutting-edge solutions in clinical research.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality statistical programming services, exceeding expectations and responsibilities.
- Implement industry standards such as CDISC and other regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain internal SAS programming conventions.
- Lead programming efforts on assigned studies, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate activities for support programmers, creating and maintaining project timelines.
- Develop tools and macros to enhance quality and efficiency of processes.
- Prepare programming specifications for SDTM, ADaM, and other derived datasets.
- Apply knowledge of SAS programming to develop statistical outputs according to the statistical analysis plan and other specifications.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses of current and legacy databases.
- Review and provide input on case report form design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and high-quality statistical outputs.
- May assist in financial reporting preparation and review.
- Promote visibility across the organization and effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in candidate interviews.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
- The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
- Minimum 4 years direct SAS programming experience in pharmaceutical development or CRO environment.
- Good knowledge of medical terminology and conduct and analysis of clinical trials.
- Knowledge of relevant industry data standards.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail are required.
