We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert to create engaging, standards-aligned video content for our Professional Communication certification exam. The SME will collaborate with our team to develop interactive videos that review and reinforce the learning objectives of the CCS Professional Communication certification.

The SME will translate CCS Professional Communication certification objectives into clear, accurate, and learner-appropriate interactive video scripts and scenarios. They will ensure all content reflects certification standards, workplace relevance, and professional communication best practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Subject Matter Expertise:

The SME will provide real-world examples of professional communication challenges and effective solutions. They will align each video with Bloom's Taxonomy and Depth of Knowledge (DOK) levels required by certification objectives.

2. Instructional Design:

The SME will design interactive videos that engage learners through realistic workplace scenarios and decision-making opportunities. They will work closely with team members to ensure scripts and storyboards translate seamlessly into high-quality interactive media.

3. Collaboration and Feedback:

The SME will incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders into video content. They will collaborate effectively within a global, cross-functional team environment.

Qualifications Required:

We require a strong knowledge of professional and workplace communication practices. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in instructional video design, curriculum development, or interactive learning content. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills are essential for this role.
