Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to lead and manage agile software development projects from initiation to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for anchoring the scrum ceremonies across various projects and ensuring that sprint activities are conducted in accordance with defined Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and Anchor Scrum Teams: Develop and lead high-performing Scrum teams across multiple projects, ensuring they operate in alignment with Agile principles.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and execute projects according to Agile methodologies, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their productivity and efficiency, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered with minimal disruptions.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the team and with stakeholders, providing regular updates, reports, and presentations.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to define and implement quality standards and processes, ensuring software products meet or exceed expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement within development teams, implementing Agile best practices and lessons learned from previous projects to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Agile Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile principles, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Certification: Mandatory Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
  • Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Project Management: Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master in the IT industry, with at least 5 years of experience in this role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Additional Requirements:

  • Technical Background: Must have a technical background in software development and testing to effectively communicate with development teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the IT industry and Agile project management tools is a plus.
