About our company, we started in 2019 as an entertainment platform for regional cultures. We focus on creating premium quality content in Indian languages to reinforce people's sense of identity and protect their culture and heritage.

Our current focus is on Haryanvi, Rajasthani, and Bhojpuri languages. Our mission is to serve customers from these regions by delivering high-quality content.

We are a lean team with 7 engineers who have diverse technical skills and expertise. We are known for shipping features at breakneck speed and designing scalable architectures.

The role of the senior software engineer is to build innovative features, collaborate closely with product managers, and design performant platforms. You will own the quality of our products, providing technical leadership, and driving best practices and coding standards.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, web APIs, CSS, and modern frontend toolchains. They should have 4-8 years of experience building web applications using React.js, Next.js, and similar technologies.

They must be experienced in writing automated tests, particularly integration tests, and have driven technical decisions in previous roles. The candidate should prioritize code quality, software architecture, scalability, and reliability.

They should also be able to take ownership of goals and deliver them with high accountability. Collaborating well with the team and communicating effectively is crucial for this role.

Additionally, the ideal candidate should be willing to try new technologies, take ownership of projects, and push the boundaries of engineering to deliver high-quality products.
