Electrical Maintenance Manager Job Description

This is a challenging role that requires effective leadership and technical expertise to manage electrical maintenance activities across the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently in a multi-cultural environment, and possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Electrical Maintenance Activities: Plan, coordinate, and execute electrical maintenance activities across the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a high level of safety standards.
  • Manage Shutdown Planning: Develop and implement shutdown plans to minimize disruptions to operations and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Safe Working Behavior: Foster a culture of safe working behavior among maintenance team members and third-party contractors, promoting a zero-overdue status for investigations and actions.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of engineering ERPs, data accuracy, and equipment reliability frameworks.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and time management skills.
