The ideal candidate will be a seasoned expert in pricing domain consulting with extensive experience in CRM or L2R functional consultancy.
They should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a process consultant from lead to revenue domain and working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Active participation in discovery requirement gathering workshops and comprehensive business consultation discussions.
- Designing solutions that meet customers' needs by understanding their use cases and integrating them into broader IT landscapes.
- Ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and extensible while promoting out-of-the-box functionality to minimize customizations.
- Liaising between technical, functional, and business teams to drive lead-to-cash oriented discussions.
- Providing guidance to client teams on industry-leading practices and domain expertise across lead to cash.
- Creating documentation of 'as is' and 'to be' processes under the guidance of cross-functional leads.
- Conducting process roadmap solution architecture reviews prior to design and development activities.
- Guiding offshore delivery teams on technical, functional, and domain aspects as required.
Additional requirements include a strong understanding of core technical concepts, RDBMS, Cloud Technologies, PaaS, SaaS platforms, and the ability to learn Cloud SaaS platform products.

Required Skills and QualificationsThe following skills and qualifications are mandatory for the position:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- Minimum 46 years' experience in successful software project implementations related to any CRM pricing domain or cloud platform product.
- Complete understanding of core technical concepts, including RDBMS, Cloud Technologies, PaaS, SaaS Platforms.
- Ability to learn Cloud SaaS platform products and understand E2E architecture.
- Strong technical analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Must possess strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
