Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders, including training managers and sales teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing training programs and ensuring optimal training coverage
  • Developing and implementing training strategies in line with company standards and regulations
  • Closely working with the sales team to formulate training plans as per need
  • Delivering skill, behavioral, and sales-oriented training
  • Maintaining stakeholder relationships and ensuring smooth business transactions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the life insurance industry
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Life insurance subject matter expertise and product knowledge
  • Analytical skills to compare life insurance products
  • Team management and mentoring skills
  • Business perspective and planning skills
